Education:
BE (1st Class Honors) University of Canterbury (NZ) 1977, ME University Auckland (NZ) 1980

Anil’s expertise in all aspects of tall building design has led him to be involved in over 70 buildings over 40 stories high throughout Australia and worldwide including India, China, Indonesia, Vietnam and numerous Middle East Countries. His role has ranged from structural design engineer, structural peer reviewer, client’s structural engineer, structural value engineer, specialist engineer and construction advisor.

After holding a number of senior positions with well known consulting firms, including heading up an operation in UAE where he was in charge of numerous high profile high-rise projects in the region, Anil now heads Buro Happold’s operations in India.

As an Academic Associate at The University of Melbourne he continues to deliver the Masters level program in structural design…
