Bin Pan is currently the senior structural engineer of SOM Shanghai office. He is Registered Structural Engineer of both China and California, US. He has extensive design experience in China and US. He is an expert on the structural design of high-rise office towers, hotels, apartments, long span structures and large scale retail complexes, with concrete, steel or composite structural systems. He is familiar with the seismic expert review process and construction drawing design in China.
