Dr. Enfang Liu is a Professorate Senior Engineer and Class 1 Registered Architect in China. Dr. Liu is the President of the Shanghai Institute of Architectural Design & Research Co. Ltd., Executive Director of the 12th Council of Shanghai Architectural Society, Deputy Director of Architectural Design Committee, Deputy Director of the Architecture Protection Committee of Shanghai Urban Construction & Communications Commission and Science & Technology Commission. She also serves as a member of the Engineering Technology Committee of Shanghai Municipal Science & Technology Commission.
Dr Liu has been working on research and studies about urban design strategy for the low-carbon city, green energy-saving technology, and development trends of high-rise buildings. She has led the architectural design for a large number of significant architectural projects.
