About

Matt Rossetti is the founder of Sentient Law, Ltd. He brings over a decade of experience with technology and software development in addition to his experience as a business attorney. He works with a variety of companies, entrepreneurs, and inventors in multiple areas, including, but not limited to: blockchain, brick and mortar, construction, cryptocurrencies, ecommerce, healthcare, and virtual reality. Matt is passionate about working with companies from the idea stage to fundraising and/or exit.

Matt was a founding member of the Forbes Legal Council and also serves as General Counsel to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat and the Chicago Chapter of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. He is also an adjunct professor at IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law where he teaches a course called "Emerging Technologies."
