Remo Riva

About

Born and educated in Basel, Switzerland, he joined P&T in 1972, after two years with Harry Seidlers in Sydney, Australia. As the company’s leading designer, he was made Director of Design in 1980 and has been responsible for the Group design philosophy and key projects collecting dozens of awards. He designed more than 15 prestigious buildings in Hong Kong Central district alone, which are very much part of Hong Kong's urban fabric and architectural history. Other than commercial projects, Riva also designed luxury hotels and residential towers throughout South East Asia as well as projects such as the HK Polytechnic University, skyscrapers and masterplans.

He is currently working on a project in Tianjin with a 597m tall tower and the masterplan for “New Hanoi” as well as many prestigious projects.
