Mr. Santi has over 24 years of experience in structural engineering and is a Senior Principal with Walter P. Moore. In addition to extensive domestic and international experience with high-rise buildings and long span structures, he leads Business Development for his office and in his region and serves as Principal-in-Charge on some of the firm’s most complex and high-profile projects.

Currently, Tim oversees the firm’s tall building and commercial practice, and is highly involved in several other key markets as well. He has led the structural engineering design for a number of high-rise projects including Shanghai World Financial Center, Shanghai; Two International Finance Centre, Hong Kong; Signature Tower, Nashville; Country Club Twin Towers, Panama City; and PIF Tower, Riyadh.
