Akram Ogaily, S.V.P. and Director, Technical Core Team Global of Hill International, has led mega urban development projects including Failaka Island in Kuwait, the Lagoon in Dubai, and the 70km Mediterranean Resort in Libya.
Akram has more than 40 years of experience in urban planning, architectural, design and management of complex projects for throughout the Middle East and UK.
From 1970 to 2003, he founded “Archicenter” in Iraq, Kuwait and the UK. His designs principles integrate local culture and modern technology in urban building designs, which succeed in considerable international and local architectural competitions of prestigious projects in the region.
