Andrew Nicholson is CBRE’s Executive Managing Director, Head of Asset Services for Asia Pacific. In this role he oversees CBRE’s Asset Services activities across the region, responsible for management and consultancy of over 1.3 billion square feet of property. Notable instructions include The Shanghai Tower, Shanghai, Gangnam Finance Center, Seoul and 1 Bligh Street, Sydney.
Andrew is a seasoned Asset Manager with international experience across management, acquisition, development and disposal in multiple sectors. He joined CBRE in 2014 from Swire Properties, where he most recently served as a Portfolio Manager responsible for the asset management functions of a US$2.5 billion+ commercial and development portfolio.
