Beshoy Girgis joined Aldar Properties in 2018 and is Vice President of Real Estate Development. In this role he oversees real estate development activities for projects under Aldar’s portfolio. Beshoy brings 18 years of extensive experience in development of commercial, residential, hospitality and retail projects in the UAE. He has complete project life-cycle experience across the different asset stages from feasibility, design and construction delivery, to handover, operation & maintenance.

With extensive experience in both Consultancy and Client-side roles, Beshoy brings together expertise across the fields to drive profitable, timely, aesthetically attractive developments. His passion is delivering inspirational developments aligned to the end users’ flexible needs and space integration. He enjoys coaching and motivating aspiring young professionals and guiding and developing their potential to achieve their career goals.

Beshoy holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, MSc. in Construction Management from the University of Birmingham, BSc. in Architectural Engineering from Alexandria University and an Executive Real Estate Diploma from the National University of Singapore. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), and member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
