Blake Sanborn, Principal Director of Landscape Architecture at AECOM, has won numerous awards for his innovative approach to urban landscapes. Mr. Sanborn has personally overseen the development of One Shenzhen Bay from its start in 2010. In addition to this landmark project, he has been recognized for producing design excellence in Australia, Asia, and the United States. Recently he received international attention for his innovative work with Resilient by Design that generated leading solutions to climate change as it relates to urban environments surrounding San Francisco Bay. The international practice that he leads is focused on reimagining the way that nature can integrate with the built environment.
