As Managing Principal, Bridget Lesniak leads interdisciplinary project teams to achieve clients’ visions and goals by tailoring the project process, leveraging firm resources and expertise and driving efficiency through innovative delivery solutions. Since joining the firm in 1999, she has facilitated design excellence on very large, technically challenging projects She is responsible for the contractual and business aspects of the project on behalf of Perkins+Will. With 30 years of architectural experience, Bridget is passionate about project management and is a founding member of Perkins+Will’s Project Management Initiative.
