About

Carissa Devereux joined the CTBUH as the Membership Coordinator in August 2011. Her primary responsibilities focus on all aspects of membership, such as processing new and renewal memberships, managing the membership database, and serving as contact point for members of the CTBUH.

Carissa is a California native and studied History and Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007. She moved to Chicago in the summer of 2010 and earned her Master of Arts degree in Social Science – History from the University of Chicago in 2011. Before joining the CTBUH, she worked in the Communications Department at the City of Roseville, and in the non-profit sector focusing on fundraising and membership
