Carl Gay founded Indochine Engineering in 1999. Over the last twenty one years Indochine has developed into a leading multidisciplined engineering consultant in Vietnam and SE Asia. Over time, through our focus on sustainable quality we have developed technical expertise, as well as commercial acumen, in assisting our clients to deliver their projects.

Carl is a recognized leader in building services in Vietnam and SE Asia. Projects include hospitality, high rise residential, high rise commercial, education, healthcare and retail.

Professional registrations include
• Fellow of the Institute of Engineers, Australia.
• Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE -UK)
• Registered Professional Engineer, Australia NPER-3
• Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ), Australia,
• Registered Engineer in Vietnam for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services.
Currently co-located between Brisbane and Vietnam to drive our international expansion, and recharge memes.

Indochine has recently been acquired by Tokyu Construction Corporation.
