With more than 30 years of experience on a wide range of projects both domestically and abroad, Carl Moskus has developed vast technical knowledge. He is an expert in quality assurance, building code compliance, building system and material research, document review and consultant coordination with an overall goal of technical excellence for the firm. Throughout his career, Carl has worked on a variety of office, residential, mixed-use and educational facilities. He also has completed several large-scale mixed-use and residential towers within Chicago.

Carl earned his bachelor's degree in architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology and is licensed in the state of Illinois. He is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and the American Institute of Architects. Carl is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
