With over 25 years’ experience as a registered architect, Cathy is known for pushing the boundaries and ensuring that the best design thinking and innovation is central to all of her projects. As a Principal at Ridley, she leads the Design Group with a focus on major projects including Grocon’s flagship Sydney development, The Ribbon. Cathy has a wealth of experience in the delivery of complex major projects, a passion for the management of organisations and a hunger for continual learning.
