Over 15 years of experience in the high-rise elevator industry lends to Cai's knowledge of dominant global high rise projects created in recent years. His portfolio of work includes Nanjing Zifeng Tower, Hong Kong ICC, and Shenzhen Ping An. Born in Shanghai and educated at the East China University of Technology, Charles's career includes several different companies prior to being given the opportunity to pursue an MBA at AGSB University of Switzerland. Upon graduation he joined the Schindler Top Range Division, starting as a project manager and escalating to lead the Top Range Division in South Region.
