Charles Besjak’s portfolio of over 120 structures includes some of SOM’s tallest and most complex building projects; Including the 950-foot-tall Manhattan West, the 1000-foot-tall 35 Hudson Yards in New York, and the 1,476-foot-tall Nanjing Greenland Financial Center in Nanjing, China. His sophisticated structural solutions accommodate dynamic environmental forces such as seismic and wind—often in some of the world’s most challenging climates.
