Chin-Fai Wong has over 25 years extensive experience in large-scale, commercial, industrial, healthcare and infrastructure for both government and private sectors in Hong Kong, PRC and Macau. His project experience encompasses all stages of project planning and implementation from feasibility studies, design, contract documentation and tender assessment, to contract award and construction supervision.
