Mr Chung has 30 years of experience in building services systems and sustainable building design. Colin is the Executive Director of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff. He is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Engineers (HKIE) and many International and local institutions. Currently, he is the director of HK Green Building Council, BEAM Society and Zero Carbon Building in HK.

Colin was involved in the master planning, the residential developments, and the station design of the Kowloon Station Development from the 1990s through the completion of Elements, the shopping mall on top of Kowloon Station, in 2007.
