David has over 16 years' international experience in property and asset management, providing guidance to developers and landlords for large scale mixed-use developments throughout the MENA region. His experience includes active asset management strategies, leasing strategy advice full budget preparation, property operating plans, fit out guidelines, policy and procedures, FM procurement, full consultancy and advisory services focusing on effective property and asset management, and delivery of value added services to clients. David also works closely with JLL's sustainability team on strategy and implementation advice to corporate commercial clients.
