About

Dirk studied architecture at the RWTH Aachen University, Germany and the University of Washington, USA. Since 2006 Dirk has been the architect and associate at Rogers Stirk Harbour+Partners in charge of the design, development and delivery of the unique external structural stability system of the Leadenhall Building, a 51-storey office development in the City of London. Dirk is also part of RSHP’s Digital Research Cluster in which position he led the implementation of advanced modelling strategies on the Leadenhall Building, an award-winning project that has received international recognition for its integrated use of digital technology.

Furthermore Dirk was involved in high-rise designs in New York, Sydney, Taipei and the BBVA Tower in Mexico City which is scheduled for completion in 2015.
