About

Tiang Wah Eng is the Vice President of Design Management (Residential) at CapitaLand Singapore Limited. He graduated with honors in Bachelor of Architecture from the National University of Singapore.

He has overseen the design development of condominiums in CapitaLand Residential Singapore since 2002. These include award winning projects such The Interlace, Citylights, Botanics on Lloyd, River Gate and Seafront on Meyer.

Prior to joining CapitaLand, he was an Executive Architect with the Architecture Department of the Housing & Development Board. He was involved in public housing design, neighborhood centre, coordinator for Woodlands New Town and the pioneer batches of Studio Apartments designed for the elderly back in 2000.
