About

Eric Rupe has joined Lerch Bates to provide new design consulting services to clients throughout the Chicago office territory. Eric brings to Lerch Bates the experience of a 20 year career in the Elevator and Construction Equipment Industries. The majority of Eric's career has been with KONE Elevator and Escalator where he held New Equipment Sales and Management positions in the Chicago and Cleveland KONE Branches. Additionally, he has held the positions such as Product Manager-Traction and MRL Elevators and the Director of Marketing for KONE in North America.

 Eric holds a Marketing Degree from the University of Iowa and received a Management Certificate from London Business school. Eric and his wife, Barb are the proud parents of 3 high school age children. They enjoy traveling, activities with their children and watching Iowa Hawkeye football.
