About

Fang Li was the Senior Vice President with 25 years’ experience. She had been responsible for the JENSEN HUGHES Shanghai Office since 2003 till 2017. Ms. Li was authorized by the Society of Protection Engineers (SFPE) to operate their China Chapter and was elected as the founding Chairman. Ms. Li is the Shanghai fire expert panel member and a Shanghai theme park city design standard task group member, She was the first to advocate Performance-Based Design (PBD) in China and was awarded the Chinese Silver by Ministry of Science and Technology for the “Technical Guideline of Performance Based Design."
