About

Francis is the Arcadis Regional Managing Partner overseeing the Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan businesses which encompasses nearly 1000 staff. He has recently been appointed to lead the Arcadis Big Urban Clients Program for the Pearl River Delta Region, a global Arcadis initiative seeking to impact and influence quality of life in some of the world’s largest urban areas.

Born and raised in Hong Kong Francis holds a BSc. Degree in Quantity Surveying from Reading University, UK. He has been with Arcadis for 32 years and has advised clients on major projects across Asia including Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan, Philippines and Vietnam.

Francis has delivered projects that have spanned many sectors, including Commercial Developers, Healthcare, Housing, Financial Services and Hospitality clients. He currently sits as the Chairman of the Association of Consultant Quantity Surveyors, and belongs to…
