Frank Schwartz, with over 18 years of experience, currently serves as the Director of High-Rise & Complex Buildings at Ramboll Denmark. In this capacity, he also manages both Profit and Loss (P&L) and Project Ownership responsibilities. Additionally, he spearheads Ramboll's European High-Rise & Complex Buildings strategy, operations, and development efforts. Frank has also been involved in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), contributing to both pre and post M&A phases. Concurrently with his current role, he temporarily served as deputy Country Director for Ramboll Buildings Germany.
In his role, Frank oversees and leads the design and analysis process for Ramboll's High-Rise projects. He approaches each project with a strong emphasis on analysis, ensuring that the client's business case and quality is the focal point. Frank meticulously evaluates and balances all potential solutions across various disciplines to achieve the optimal outcome.
Prior to his current position, Frank lived in London and Dubai for several years. Throughout his career, he has successfully designed over 45 high-rise buildings across more than 22 countries, some exceeding 100 levels and 500 meters in width. He has collaborated on esteemed international projects, alongside renowned architects from around the world.
Frank has received numerous accolades throughout his career, including the prestigious "Engineer of the Year 2011" award from FRI (Society of Consulting Engineers). Additionally, he was recognized as an up-runner in the "EFCA Competition for Engineering Excellence Among Young Professionals 2011" by EFCA (European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations). Furthermore, Frank was selected as one of the ten most talented consultants across all business sectors in Denmark by BNY (Berlingske Media).
Frank holds both an MSc in Engineering and an HD degree in International Business.
