About

Freda Tsai is Tower GM of Taipei 101 (Taipei Financial Center Corp.) since July 2015. With a BArch degree from Cornell Architecture and graduate degree from Harvard GSD, Freda's career experience has spanned across design, real etsate investment and management, to building owner's property management in 20 years. Freda is the project owner of TAIPEI 101 LEED v4 re-certification, and leads the task force to ensure smooth submittal for Platinum level application. At her previous work, Freda was the Facilities Head of AIG Nanshan. In that capacity she has obtained key professional certifications and an EMBA degree from NTU.
