About

Grant is a Regional Managing Principal of Gensler’s North Central Region, leading a talented team of over 400 across four offices, with primary responsibility for overall management of the Region, for representing Gensler in the market, and to develop / foster new business.

Grant brings more than three decades of design experience in mixed-use developments, corporate headquarters, and adaptive reuse and repositioning projects across the globe — including the world-renowned Shanghai Tower, for which he served as senior project director. He is currently Principal in Charge, leading the redevelopment of Chicago’s Post Office, the repositioning of Willis Tower, as well as, several new office / mixed-use developments in Chicago’s Fulton Market.
