Hamed is the Chief Executive Officer at PS-Co. International. He is a DBA graduate, and he holds a MS in project management as well as a certificate in civil engineering.

Hamed is the founder of companies such as Pulad Kaff, Keydone, PSCo-PMIT, PSCo-Metal and Pishro Modiran Omid (PMO). He is an expert in running construction development companies in mega projects. He also serves in a number of companies as a consultant in re-engineering and organizing company structures.

As an international negotiator, Hamed has successfully managed myriad contracts throughout the process. He is also a member and the secretary of Construction Engineering Organization (CEO) Supervisory Committee.

PS-Co. and its subsidiary companies are currently engaged in construction of two mega–malls and one high rise tower with the total of 1,629,500 square meters, taking advantage of Hamed’s leadership.
