About

Harald Professner developed very early his enthusiasm for wood. After completing his apprenticeship as a carpenter and joiner, he studied wood construction and industrial engineering and began his career in the field of timber construction in one of the world largest glulam manufacture. Within a short time he became the leading function for the division of structural engineering and glulam timber. In this role he had collaboration with internationally renowned architects of large exhibition halls, industrial halls and event halls, as also wooden bridges and multi-storey prefabricated residential buildings. Because of its knowledge of arched beams and freeform surfaces he joining a renowned international specialist of formwork manufacturer, in which he was also responsible for the tunnel formwork department in addition to the management of global sales.
