About

As the Vice President, Special Projects, Ian is responsible for key account business growth in the Asia Pacific region for thyssenkrupp Elevator. He has been involved with many of Asia’s major High Rise Buildings and Infrastructure projects, and takes an active role in understanding and promoting the hi technology developments and systems for the pedestrian transportation industry.

Ian has a background in specialized areas of construction including elevators, escalators, and moving walks, and with a knowledge built up from 16 years of Asia experience, including having worked for 6 years in China.

Ian has a strong background in business development, and advising and supporting key clients for their major projects, and brings an excellent understanding and knowledge of today’s needs to efficiently move people within high rise buildings, airports and other infrastructure projects.
