Associate Principal Jay J. Cheng coordinates with clients, consultants and team members to direct vision throughout the design process.

Before he joined the 5+ team in 2006, Jay worked as a designer for CSA Architects in Los Angeles and was a project designer for KHL Architects in Taiwan. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from Tamkang University in Taiwan and a Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture. He is LEED® certified by the U.S. Green Building Council and fluent in English and Mandarin.
