John Frank is a Senior Vice President, Senior Construction Manager and a team member in the Development and Construction Management of 81 Bay Street, the new Headquarters for CIBC, in downtown Toronto. He is a registered Architect, with BARCH from the University of Texas in Austin, who has been with Hines in Construction Management since 1985. He has been involved in Hines developments throughout the Midwest United States and Calgary, AB. His current responsibilities are the day-to-day construction management of 81 Bay Street (CIBC Square) from an ownership perspective.
