Joshua Lax brings a variety of experience to Mizrahi Developments. Having worked on a diverse portfolio of mixed use real estate assets across North America, he is able to offer hands-on, on-site involvement with each of the Mizrahi projects. Joshua works closely with project trades, consulting engineers and municipal planners in order to meet corporate objectives and uphold the calibre of excellence to which Mizrahi clients are accustomed. In addition to his development-related responsibilities, Joshua also coordinates Mizrahi's marketing campaigns and investment publications.

Prior to joining Mizrahi, Joshua was a Financial Analyst for Bayshore Capital, one of Canada’s leading private equity firms in the real estate development space. Working on the Fenix Real Estate Opportunity Partnership, he has had experience with a wide range of real estate projects, including land acquisition, multi-family residential buildings, commercial assets, and hospitality developments for some of the world’s leading luxury brands.
