Kelvin Mwenda received the BSc. Civil Engineering degree from Kenyatta University, Nairobi, Kenya, in 2016. He joined JM Kariuki Consultants Ltd, Nairobi, Kenya, in 2016. Since then, he has been with the JM Kariuki Consultantsas a a design structural engineer involved in design and implementation of both building and bridge engineering projects. His main areas of interest are structural dynamics, wind engineering, soil-structure interaction and contract management. Kelvin Mwenda is a member of institution of structural engineers (ISTRUCTE), Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK), and the Institution of engineers of Kenya (IEK). He is also the Chair of the CTBUH Kenya Chapter.
