Kelvin is a Regional Project Manager with RWDI based in Hong Kong, whose experience with Wind Engineering in the field dates back more than 10 years when he was first gained a background in wind engineering as engineer at the University of Western Ontario (UWO).

Kelvin is currently a Regional Project Manager / Consultant responsible for projects and clients in North- East Asia. His experience includes project management and engineering consulting for wide range of RWDI’s multi-disciplinary services including wind engineering, outdoor human comfort, sustainable master plan design, supplementary damping systems and structural dynamics.
