About

Larry has over thirty years' experience, with degrees in Architecture and Urban Design. He has worked in both the public and private sectors, in Melbourne and abroad. He has successfully managed his own architectural and planning practice in Spain, as well as heading the Urban Design Units at both the City of Melbourne and the State Government of Victoria. Following many years at the Department of Environment, Land, Water & Planning, leading urban design policy and the assessment of ministerial planning permits for tall buildings in Central Melbourne, Larry has recently joined Ethos Urban as Director Design in Melbourne.
