About

Lester is a Director of LCI, a specialist building services engineering practice. With 30+ years’ experience, he specialises in low energy buildings and precinct design for sustainable developments. Lester is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia and an Adjunct Associate Professor University of NSW.

He has over 30 years of involvement in all facets of building services consultancy. With project experience gained Australia, Britain, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, New Zealand and the United States of America, he provides expertise in master-planning, system concept design, detailed design and project administration. Lester specialises in low energy buildings and precinct design for sustainable developments.
