Mabelle Ma is Swire Properties Limited’s Director responsible for the business of new acquisitions, property development and valuations in Hong Kong. She has held this position since 2013, after being promoted to General Manager level in 2010. Mabelle graduated from Hong Kong University with a BSc (Quantity Surveying) in 1990. A Chartered Surveyor of nearly 20 years’ experience, Mabelle joined Swire Properties in 1996. Prior to her roles in Development & Valuations, she held a senior position in the Residential Sales division of the Company. She also sits on the Swire Group’s Gender Diversity Committee.
