Matt Lituchy joined Jay Paul Company in 2000. In his capacity as Chief Investment Officer, he oversees acquisitions, dispositions and new business opportunities as well as all capital and financing activities for the company. As a senior member of the company’s executive suite, his responsibilities also include strategic planning and overall company management.

With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Matt has raised over $8 billion in project financing and acquired in excess of $1 billion of commercial real estate for investment or redevelopment in Bay Area and San Diego County.
