Melissa Jenkins leads the mass timber portfolio for the Wood Innovations team at the US Forest Service in Washington, DC. She manages the Forest Service Wood Innovations Grants and other investments to support wood products markets. Melissa joined the US Forest Service as a Presidential Management Fellow in 2012. She has a Master of Environmental Management degree from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
