Michael joined Frasers in January 2003 as Project Director, responsible for managing the Design Excellence Competition, Authority Approvals, Design Development and Tender Process for the Regent Place Development, incorporating 145 Apartments for Fraser Suites and 456 apartments within the Lumiere Residences together with basement parking and Retail Podium. Since Michael is involved in the former CUB site, now known as Central Park. As Project Director, Michael has lead the design teams in preparing the Concept Plan Modification for the overall site as well as Project Applications for Blocks 1 & 4 being a 73,000m2 Commercial offices, Block 2 being the iconic Atelier Jean Nouvel residential tower and retail podium containing 623 apartments as well as the overall Site Infrastructure incorporating a water recycling plant and a tri-generation plant. Whilst undertaking the design and approvals process, Michael has also managed the Demolition and Remediation contracts.

As Project Director, Michael is responsible for Frasers Property Australia’s project management in Australia and New Zealand.

Within Australia and New Zealand, Frasers is currently planning or developing a $4 billion diversified portfolio of residential, commercial and retail properties – including the iconic Central Park mixed-use development located on Broadway in Sydney’s southern CBD.

Prior to joining Frasers, Michael was Project Director at Genting International Pty. Ltd., a property development company with offices globally. Michael was responsible for the company’s property portfolio for approximately 10 years. The main project was the Regent Place site and increasing its development from an FSR of 13:1 to one of 16.5:1

Prior to Genting International Pty. Ltd., Michael worked as Senior Project Manager for a number of Building Contractors on a variety of Projects such as Ritz Carlton Double Bay, Maritime Command Centre, Dalley Street Telephone Exchange.
