Michel Mossessian founded award-winning practice Mossessian Architecture in 2005 to develop architecture that goes "beyond buildings." Michel studied architecture at the École National des Beaux Arts, winning the Villa Medici Hors les Murs prize. He then attended Cooper Union (NY) and the Harvard Graduate School of Design. He was Associate Director and Senior Designer at the Chicago office of Skidmore Owings & Merrill and went on to lead design for their London office.
