Mirjam has a proven track record in managing large-scale ground-up developments and repositionings, and overseeing acquisitions and dispositions in the commercial and mixed-use sector.

Mirjam’s responsibilities and expertise include managing complex interdisciplinary design and engineering teams, securing entitlements, permits and environmental approvals, leading community outreach, overseeing ground-up construction, renovations and TI build outs, and being the lead on branding, marketing and leasing. Other responsibilities include sourcing deals, responding to RFPs for new projects, and speaking engagements.
