Mr. Zhou has over fifteen years of experience including commercial, high-rise residential, education, large scale conference facilities, hotel/hospitality, and retail projects in the United States and overseas. His design experience has a variety of project types, including large mixed-use developments, hospitality/hotel design, government, educational facilities, theaters, corporate and commercial ventures. His responsibilities beyond managing VOA’s China offices include master planning, conceptual and design development, engineering coordination, project management, and serving as client liaison.
