Born in Belgrade and based in Singapore and China for the past 3 decades, Nebojsa Novakovic has a background in high-rise architecture studied at Belgrade University.

Being active in multiple fields, he has been involved in next-generation urban transport project concepts combining Maglev train systems with high-rise station complex designs; high-rise Green Datacenter supercomputer skyscrapers, among others.

He holds director and advisory positions in several firms in Singapore and the APAC region.
