Nicholas Ferrara has more than 30 years of professional experience, having worked on a wide variety of new-build and refurbishment projects in commercial, residential and retail. His experience covers project management from conception to handover phases, with an emphasis on strong contract administration. Ferrara has specialist expertise in strategic facility management, including Total Asset Management Planning, Independent Certification, facilities planning, code compliance, design management, technical due diligence, contract administration and fire engineering. Ferrara has been an Independent Certifier on many projects since 2001, including various stages and towers at Barangaroo.
