Ong Yean-Chau has more than 15 years of business development, project management, supply chain and engineering experience, spanning sectors such as infrastructure, building & civil works & manufacturing. His diverse professional experience in international settings spans across Singapore, Australia, China, UAE, Germany and Indonesia. Currently serving as a Business Development & Strategic Projects Manager for LIXIL International, Yean-Chau has delivered more than 1,800 tons of aluminum extrusion solutions for international facades projects including Uber Mission Bay in San Francisco, US, Bukhatir Headquarters in Sharjah, UAE & Riverside Center Building #3 in New York, US. One of Yean-Chau’s interest is in delivering sustainability solutions leveraging on innovation in green materials and new design.

Yean-Chau received Bachelor and Master of Engineering degrees in Civil Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, School of Business. He is also an active Member of the Project Management Institute.
