Patrick Bayard was the Research and Working Group Manager at the Council on Tall Building and Urban Habitat. He was responsible for coordinating the research activities of the CTBUH and staffing the Research, Academic and Postgraduate Working Group. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, American Studies and Political Science from Hofstra University and Master’s Degrees in Public Management from Saint Thomas University in Florida, and Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Mr. Bayard was also an adjunct professor of public administration at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Prior to joining the CTBUH, Mr. Bayard served as a Program Officer for the Grand Victoria Foundation, Manager of Community Investment at the Sara Lee Foundation and an Associate Program Officer for The Chicago Community Trust.
