As Senior Managing Director of Investor Services, Paul Allegretti is responsible for managing CBRE’s 70-million-square-foot Tri-State portfolio, which has a gross revenue exceeding $70 million and a market value in excess of $14 billion. He directs all asset services, from property management to project management, due diligence and accounting activities. In addition to providing hands-on leadership for more than 400 employees, Paul maintains responsibility for Debt & Equity Finance, Loan Sales and Hotel Sales. In his wide-reaching role, he helps clients realize fully integrated solutions over the entire lifecycle of their investments. In all, his team plays a critical role in CBRE’s business development and client service efforts.

Paul first joined CBRE in January 2002 as a Portfolio Manager. He also worked as a Property Manager for the firm from 1994 to 1995 under the Edward S. Gordon Company name, gaining invaluable expertise in every aspect of property and project management. He also directed project management services during the final phases of MetLife’s $20 million façade restoration and $23 million lobby renovation program.

Prior to joining CBRE, Paul was Vice President of Asset Services for Shorenstein Realty Services, overseeing the MetLife Portfolio of 200 Park Avenue and 551 Fifth Avenue, the Fred F. French Building. In addition to managing operations and accounting, he prepared, presented and implemented major capital improvement projects, including elevator modernization, electrical switchgear upgrades, security access systems, elevator shaftwall repairs and heliport repairs.

Earlier in his career, Paul was a property manager for Sumitomo Realty & Development Corporation, supervising 666 Fifth Avenue, a 1.24-million-square-foot commercial office building. Prior to that, he served as a property and development manager for the Alpert & Alpert Development Company in Fort Lee, NJ, a premier residential firm.
